Australia 17 THE HEYSEN TRAIL

THE HEYSEN TRAIL: from Quorn till Adelaide and till Victor Harbor

KILOMETERSTHE MAWSON TRAIL by sealed back roads Nov 8, '11 4:50 PM
for everyone
The Heysen trail is a trail for walkers. There is a twin trail, the Mawson trail, for bicycles, which only uses gravel roads, and it is generally parallel. I didn’t follow them exactly, but I use them as a lane to visit the tourist places and see the landscape in that part of South Australia by back roads.
